The Captain
Richard Chadburn
Richard started sailing 30 years ago in dinghies around Chichester harbour, eventually winning the ISO worlds in France in '99.
Richard's ethos is "Safety, Fun and Comfort for all the guests, this is a great boat to sail and there's nothing better than
seeing our guests doing just that".
Richard has been skippering yachts for over 13 years, from 60' Swans to 44m modern classics, having worked on both motor and sail boats, he has a great knowledge on what it takes to
have a good time!

The Mate
Ben Dunne
Ben spent his childhood sailing and so a life at sea was inevitable. Prior to yachting Ben spent several years studying wine to become a sommelier at Berry Bros and Rudd in London and restaurant manager at the Pig, Brockenhurst.
Ben has an outgoing, bubbly personality and loves to entertain, guests are first for Ben and he likes nothing better than to make sure you’re having a great time.
In his spare time he plays guitar and various watersports

Passionate Spanish chef, Michelin star restaurant trained, always looking for new adventure and challenges.
I always see the positive side of life. Before working in the yacht industry I been travelling and working aroud the world, always looking for new techniques and ingredients working in some of the most incredible Michelin Star restaurants in the world In countries such Spain, France, Brazil or Peru...
I declare myself as a huge lover of fusion and mix of ingredients, I like to create experiences that take my guest to an other dimension creating plates that stimulate all their senses and make them travel with me and the flavors!

Caylee Grundlingh
Caylee grew up on a farm in South Africa and loves the combination of an outdoor lifestyle whilst lookingafter her guests and crew.
Caylee started working on yachts 5 years ago and has been fortunate enough to have worked on both power boats and sailing yachts.
An avid cyclist and rock climber, Caylee loves a good adventure whilst keeping everyone happy.

Holly Barnaard
From a small seaside town in the North of Scotland, Holly has enjoyed aq life of outdoor activities including, mountaineering, rowing, wild swimming
and windsurfing.
Holly studied Forensic anthropology at Dundee University and enjoys photography in her spare time.
In 2021 Holly started a cadetship in the UK with Trinity House, this course will take her through all the professional qualifications she’ll need in order to eventually become a captain.
Holly has an outgoing very friendly nature and loves to help and engage with everyone on board.
